How to be a good learner

This is where you make your statement.  Be clear on what the focus of your explanation is.


A good learner - eats well to keep good energy levels and to be focused.
 It’s been proven that healthy means a healthy mind to learn.
You start off by having a good and healthy breakfast so you can work well throughout the day  
and if its a hot day make sure to take off your jacket so you don’t get grumpy and frustrated.


A good learner makes sure he or she gets enough rest.
 Make sure to go to sleep early and have a good sleep so you can be up and
ready to learn the next day. Sleep is the number 1 thing you need for a good day at school.


A good learner is well prepared.   Being ready with all your gear to learn is important
   Pre pack everything before you go to sleep, stuff like putting your chromebook on charge
(We use chromebooks at our school) pre packing your lunch and leaving it
in the refrigerator and put your school uniform somewhere close to you.

And the last of all drink lots of water before a test so you are hydrated so learn!.
